TrueSwitch is an automated system that accesses your old ISP account on your behalf and copies your data
(e-mail, address book contacts and other stored information). All this is then duplicated at your new Windows Live Hotmail account. |

| Does TrueSwitch guarantee the accuracy of information that is transferred to my Windows Live Hotmail account? |
TrueSwitch transfers information exactly as it is presented at your current account. However, due to differences in applications at different providers, certain fields of information may appear in a different field. However, important pieces of information should never be eliminated or dropped.

| How much do I have to pay? |
TrueSwitch is free if you are switching to Windows Live Hotmail account. There are no hidden costs or cancellation charges if you decide to discontinue any of the features of TrueSwitch.

| Will the TrueSwitch service copy all attachments and downloads I received through my e-mails from my old account to my new account? |
Yes. The current version of the TrueSwitch Wizard will copy all of your e-mails from your old account.

No. TrueSwitch, is intended only for the purpose of making it easy to switch to your new e-mail account. We will only use your information in the manner described by our Terms of Service. You can be assured that:
