How do I know when my request to transfer to my new Windows Live Hotmail account is complete?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail address at your new Windows Live Hotmail account. This confirmation will contain status about your transfer.

How long does it take to complete a transfer?
Most requests are fulfilled within two hours, but can take up to 24 hours. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, fill in the customer service form.
